This is the greatest nation on Earth. However, we, as a nation have, for so many reasons, lost sight of our priorities, our heritage, the basic tenets set forth by our founding fathers in the Constitution and above all our laws.
The American people are disenchanted with our government, our domestic policies, our international policies, the politicians, and the media's reliance upon all of them for the spin we listen to all day long.
We can and must at this critical time in history join forces as one family of 300 million Americans and show the world, that we are indeed the greatest nation on earth.
It is our time in history to stand up and be heard around the world - "we are mad as hell and are not going to take it any more."

It is with great pride, patriotism and faith in the 300 million people of the United States of America that I declare myself a candidate for President of this great nation.
During two road trips across America (July 16-31, 22 states, 7,000 miles) and (September 25-October 12, 28 states, 8,200 miles) and here in Boston I interviewed several thousand citizens of this great land.
I asked them about their immediate concerns for our country. Mixed in with the horrors of the Middle East were fervent requests to address the major issues that affect this country.
Ninety percent of these hard-working, patriotic Americans told me that they want the United States of America to revisit the basic tenets of our Constitution and Bill of Rights as laid down by our founding fathers 220 years ago. James Madison, our fourth President, was the primary, brilliant author of those documents. We must pay heed to his words. It is our statutory right to govern ourselves. It is called a democracy.
The consensus of Americans, with whom I spoke, is that they consider the current Republican and Democratic candidates for the Presidency to be nothing more than celebrities seeking more power and money. Every day in the media they tout their ‘plans for the future of America’. However, Americans are well-informed, perceptive and savvy – they see the clear evidence of hidden agendas and ulterior motives in all the candidates.
The intelligence of the American people is assaulted and insulted every day. They are exhausted by the ever-constant wrangling, accusatory statements and repeated verbal gaffes in the media.
The American people are further disenchanted, confused, frustrated and feel
disenfranchised from the political arena. I have a new vision for America.
For 35 years I have strategized as how best to get this country back on the
right track. June 8, 1789, James Madison, a member of the House of Representatives
(and thanks to the contribution of George Mason, Virginia Statesman), offered
nine articles designed to protect individual liberties.
I would like to share my ideas with the citizens of this great country – to offer them the opportunity once and for all to participate in the democracy known as the United States of America.
This may be the last time that we, as a people, indeed a family of 300 million, have the distinct privilege of exercising our Constitutional right to govern ourselves. This is not a new idea, but it is tantamount to operating our government as a true democracy to which we are, as a free people, entitled.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt said, to paraphrase, “never let the Oval Office and/or Congress dictate to the people. The people should never be servile to these two branches of government.”
We, the people, should be telling those branches, elected by us, what we, as citizens of these United States, want them to do for us and the Country.
The welfare and national security of America is at stake.
I propose to found a new party. It will be called One America Party – USA All the Way. Its sole focus will be on the United States of America and the 300 million people who live here. What could be more important than to place this country and ourselves at the top of the list for a change?
The people of America are looking forward to positive change, reform and unaltered parity, with optimal bi-partisan dialogue that concentrates on the basic values and laws of the Constitution.
After working so hard for 220 years and approximately 8 generations to make this the best country on the planet, we must at this moment in history – stop and look at our incredible progress. It is no wonder that so many people from around the world want to come and live here.
I shall endeavor to lift the American people out of the discontent, complacency
and apathy that have dominated our psyches for forty years.
The people of America tell me that they are scared, troubled and disturbed by the verbiage and actions of our government and elected officials. Congress currently enjoys an approval rating in the teens or lower. The Oval Office is in the 20’s. In this great nation, those statistics are a downright disgrace.
Of primary concern to the 500 or more Americans interviewed on my trips, and here in Boston, is Iraq, Afghanistan and the Middle East. Our founding fathers could never anticipate fanatical Muslim men, women and children all over the world ready, willing and able to strap bombs to their bodies and murder innocents. They never anticipated radical Muslims boarding airplanes, killing the pilots and the aftermath.
There
are allegedly over 119,000 radical Muslim men and women throughout the United
States, just waiting for the word to come down – to attack our cities and
reduce our economy, possibly back to the 1950’s. We do not have the resources
or manpower to address this dilemma. Out of the 119,000 only 12 have been
deported!

Seven primary U.S. cities, and probably more, are targeted. Nuclear, EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) and smart bombs are easy to make and launch. Even on a small scale, catastrophic results of such attacks are beyond comprehension. {See Link: FBI Nov 2007 Report }
Thanks to the daily rigorous efforts of our governmental agencies, we have
been relatively safe for six years. However, our southern and northern borders
are very porous. Terrorists are streaming across the Mexican and Canadian
borders and we do not currently have the resources and manpower to stop
them.
The ultimate goal of terrorists is to destroy the United States
of America. U.S. National Guard troops were recently dismissed from the
Mexican border and sent home. I met the wife of one of these guards. They
were assisting the border patrol/immigration with apprehending illegal drug
traffickers and illegal persons crossing into the U.S. The guards sent home
are dismayed. They were doing a good job in securing our southern border.
We are now more open to infiltration than ever before.
Canada currently enjoys the distinction of having more radical Muslim groups,
organizations and cells than any other country in the world. Not France
– Canada! The U.S. has 952 Immigration and Homeland Security officers (CSPAN
Congressional Hearing, October 2007) to cover a very porous 5,525 mile long
border, including Alaska-Canada. Anyone seeking free access to America
can virtually walk in over the border.
My primary goal is to send out to all American eligible voters
a one-page referendum containing ten vital issues that affect the United
States of America. This referendum will appear on my Blog page in the very
near future
Every American needs to read this referendum and prioritize each of the
issues as they wish to have me, as their President, address, i.e.: healthcare,
immigration ,fair and balanced taxation, education, spirituality back in
the schools, the infrastructure, terrorism, homelessness, the role of Congress
and above all Iraq.
If 55% or more of the American people tell me that they want out of Iraq,
then I’ll do it. Not overnight, however. Out of respect for the young men
and women who have lost limbs and eyes, or have been brought back into this
country in flag-draped coffins, it should be done as quickly as possible,
but with fairness and consideration of our overall position in the Middle
East. This can and will be done.
An 86 year old lady recently said to me – "why can’t we just send in
all of our ships and rent every 747 we can lay our hands on and bring the
troops home. We got them there in a couple of weeks, then we can bring them
home to their families just as fast. "
I propose to bring home at least 75-100,000 troops, give them 30 days of
R+R with their families and deploy them along our northern and southern
borders of Canada and Mexico. I shall also place some of our Navy off the California Coast, the Atlantic and the Floridian Gulf region to secure our coastlines from further
illegal immigration and drug trafficking.
And that, my fellow Americans, is how you protect the Continental United
States of America - not by wasting our treasury coffers and invaluable young lives in ungrateful and corrupt Middle Eastern countries.
This does not mean that we become isolationist (see Position Page), but
we must demonstrate to the world that we mean business in terms of truly
protecting our national security here at home – that is true homeland security.
I come to the American people with no ‘baggage’, no political
affiliation, no hidden agenda and no special interests siphoning money to
my campaign. As the esteemed member of a Boston political family said to
me recently, to paraphrase, 'the whole idea of living in the American democracy
is to serve your country.'
I shall make no promises to the American people. I shall leave that to the politicians.
Rather, I shall make a covenant, a contract with the Americans that to the best of my ability I shall preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
This covenant/contract presents me with the responsibility to achieve the ultimate hopes and aspirations of all U.S. Citizens for the betterment of our Homeland.
I am committed to this contract for the tenure of my Presidency.
